Grace Kelly - MIKA

I usually despise pop stars. I firmly believe that there is more to music than catchy melodies and romantic lines -- music, to me, needs to be soulful and it also needs to be able to make people's heart seize. 

There are few pop artists that I admire, but MIKA is a bliss to me. Some of the tracks from his newest album Life in Cartoon Motion astounds me. I cannot say the album itself satisfies me, but tracks like "Happy Ending" and "Love Today" are a huge inspiration to me. These songs are catchy, soulful, and full all at the same time.

My personal favorite track of this album is "Grace Kelly." The lyrics to this song speaks to me so directly -- this is the story of my love life.
